An Arts and Crafts inspired new build house of brick, clay, timber and copper on a spacious suburban corner plot in South West London. It is set amongst and hidden behind mature trees and clusters of greenery. We are proposing to replace the existing dilapidated 1930's house which has been carved and altered with poorly planned extensions over the years, leaving it in a bit of a mess.

The proposed new dwelling will adopt a fabric first approach and has been designed in line with passive principles in conjunction with local energy production. Together, they ensure the house will stay warm and comfortable year round without demanding vast amounts of energy as large detached homes often can.
